About this website
This website is operated by Cove Private Nannies. It provides general information about our private nanny recruitment services, care-related enquiries and professional registration. Information on this website is general in nature and is not legal, tax or employment advice.
How recruitment works
Cove Private Nannies is a recruitment and introduction service, not the employer of nannies introduced to families. Where a placement proceeds, the family is responsible for establishing and managing the employment or engagement relationship, including applicable pay, superannuation, insurance and other obligations. The parties should obtain independent professional advice when needed.
Fees, screening and availability
The recruitment services and fees described on this website are subject to the agreed scope and written terms provided to a family before a paid search begins. Candidate availability, suitability, completed checks, interview outcomes and placement timing cannot be guaranteed. Babysitting, holiday nanny, pet sitting and additional household roles are enquiry categories and may not be services we can accept in every location.
Submitting enquiries and registering interest
Sending a family enquiry, registering as a candidate or using our contact form does not create an employment relationship, guarantee a placement or automatically commence a paid recruitment engagement. Please avoid submitting sensitive identity, medical or children's personal information through initial forms. Read our Privacy Policy for more on how initial enquiries are handled.
