Kerrie.
A nanny, a mum and the heart behind Cove.
For more than 20 years, I've cared for children and worked alongside families in Australia and overseas. Those years taught me that the smallest moments, and the relationships we build through them, are what make care truly special.
As a mum of two, I know how personal it is to invite someone into your home. I created Cove to bring both sides of my experience together and help families find a nanny with confidence, care and a genuine sense of connection.

Does Cove employ the nanny?
No. Cove is a placement-only recruitment agency. The family engages and pays its selected nanny directly and is responsible for applicable employment obligations.
Can you help with part-time or full-time roles?
Yes. Our core focus is ongoing part-time and full-time private nanny recruitment. Specialist searches can be discussed during an initial enquiry.
How much does recruitment cost?
We explain the relevant recruitment package, proposed scope and total fee in writing before a family instructs us to begin a search.
How do I register as a nanny?
Complete our expression-of-interest form on the For Nannies page. We will contact suitable applicants about next steps and any additional documentation.
