Our recruitment proposal sets out the service scope, stages, total fees and payment terms in writing before the search begins. We never present an estimate as a guaranteed final charge.

Engagement Fee
We begin by understanding your family's needs, crafting a tailored position description and advertising your role through our established nanny network and selected recruitment platforms.
Payable when your search begins
02 / FIND YOUR MATCH$500
Recruitment Fee
Once we have sourced, interviewed and completed our initial screening and vetting of suitable candidates, the recruitment fee is payable before we share shortlisted candidate profiles for your consideration.
